How to use the MPCN network of providers:

• Select your provider from the MPCN directory search.
  
• When making your appointment, identify yourself as a MPCN PPO member and provide the name of your insurance company or TPA. It is helpful to provide your group ID.
  
  
• Present your insurance ID card when you arrive and identify yourself as a MPCN network member.
  
• Savings are automatic, as the provider will file the claim on your behalf.
